Delayed Withdrawal
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!
After I requested a withdrawal, the email came, I have to send a photo of my passport and a photo of a utility bill.
I did that immediately.
After 24 hours, I was told my bill was rejected, even though it is the largest Television, Internet and telephone provider in my city.
So I sent a screenshot of my mobile bill.
After 24 hours came the answer that it must be a photo of an original. So I sent this.
After 24 hours i got an email, I have to make a Selphie with my passport. I also sent that.
After 24 hours the message came, I have to send a screenshot of the netteller deposit from my bank. I did it.
After 24 hours came the message today, I have to send a screenshot of the very first Neteller deposit.
I turned to the support and indicated that this was not possible because I have been a Neteller customer for many years.
So I was told to send a screenshot of a deposit from March 2019.
I answered that I did yesterday. The chat answered it would be forwarded and the chat was over.
Every day I get tasks that I need to send, only one that is getting more and more pointless (multiple screenshots of Neteller deposits - what if I used the payout of another casino). I would be very happy if you could help me.
I do not understand why they do not tell me all at once, only that it Needs more and more time?
