Delayed withdrawal for 2 weeks

Hello hello.

I try to reopen this case since my last try was lack of evidence. So, here is added picture of showing my withdraw being made 10 days ago and I am hoping to get my money very soon.

I hope you can help me know with this proof of picture. I am 100% affiliated there by this site. Actually I don't see a place to send files here.

Auszahlung kommt nicht auf Konto an

Seit dem 12. Oktober habe ich die Bestätigung, dass meine Auszahlung stattgegeben wurde und zu mir unterwegs sei. Mittlerweile ist der 22. Oktober und noch immer erschien nichts auf meinem Konto. Support ist leider unerreichbar, weswegen auch keine Antwort seitens des Casinos auf mein Anliegen möglich gewesen wäre.

270 Euro nach Stornierung von anstehenden Auszahlung nicht wieder auf mein Guthaben eingegangen

Habe meine anstehende Auszahlung von 270 Euro storniert und das Geld ging nicht mehr auf mein Guthaben zurück. Support hält mich seit 4 Tagen hin bekomme keine Antwort per Mail. So eine Frechheit. Waiting for withdrawal since September 4th

Waiting since 04.09 for my withdrawal of 43€ which I won.

I am already verified and the livechat can't help me and say since the second day it will be done shortly.

I won the money with freespins that the casino has given. My last withdrawal in this casino was without problems but this time nothing happens.

Please help me to get my money.

Stake 7 Casino - Delayed payment of 2300 euros since November 2021

Hello AskGamblers team,

I've played on Stake7 2021-11-01 and then finished the session with a balance of 2969. I made my first withdrawal of 669 to Skrill which was paid out fast. The remaining balance of 2300 I've tried to withdraw I don't know how many times since November 2021 until now.

The withdrawal to Skrill is always canceled and Stake7 support has told me countless times that it's a problem with the payment processor and that they will fix the problem. Although it always ends there and I try to withdraw again and then it's the same answer all over again!

Hopefully, the AskGgamblers team can help me with this issue. I will add screenshots of the answers and emails I've received. It's been a long time since I started the withdrawals months even and I just want it to be solved.

Will not let me withdraw my remaining balance

8 Days ago, Stake 7 has blocked my option wo withdraw money and was asking for documents which I did send immediatly.
The next Day they told me that I have a self excluded account at another site.
So in this case I know that you dont get paid any winnings.
But I did not win anything, what I try to withdraw is less then my deposits.

Now, they dont have closed my account but they also dont give me the possibility to withdraw my remaining balance.
They want me to gamble away that money even though they know I am excluded because of gambling addiction, and this is very very unethical.
I need that remaining funds urgently, the support is telling me since 8 days I will get a reply shortly.

Please help.
