I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered with Stake.com regarding a recent promotion I participated in during an IPL match between Mumbai Indians and Lucknow Super Giants on May 17, 2024.
I participated in a promotion advertised by Stake.com, which stated that if my selected team hit a six within the first two overs of the match but ultimately lost, I would still be considered a winner and eligible for a reward. Despite Mumbai Indians losing the match, they hit two sixes in the second over, making me eligible for the reward according to the terms and conditions of the promotion.
I have attached proof of my participation in the promotion, as well as evidence showing Mumbai Indians hitting two sixes within the specified overs. Despite being eligible for the reward, Stake.com has failed to credit it to my account. Furthermore, my attempts to communicate with Stake.com via email have been ignored, leaving me frustrated and disappointed.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that Stake.com honors its promotion and credits me with the reward I am rightfully owed. I appreciate your attention to this issue and look forward to a swift resolution.
