So my account has been frozen and blocked, and I cannot place a bet or withdraw the remaining funds. Finally, one guy on the live support wrote to me that if I do kyc4, he will speed up the verification and another round will start. I did KYC 3 and I had problems with the acceptance of my last KYC4 (bank statement + payment slip) it is possible to send only 1 PDF additionally when I sent it, it was rejected and finally the completed KYC3 was confirmed by Stepan Fa, "Hello there!
Your level 3 verification was confirmed successfully.''
My KYC level decreased to 1 after I try send the last level (kyc4)
No one even cares 107 days have passed (probably no one even works at resolutions@stake.com)
