Hello Spinfever Casino, hello Askgamblers,
unfortunately I have to submit this complaint. I finished the weekly cash race, which has ended last Wednesday 25th of October 2023, in first place with about 32.000 points. The price money is 1000 Euros cash. Until now, the money has not been credited into my account.
I contacted the casino via contact form and Email but I did not get any response from the casino.
I hope you can help me with that case.
