I've been trying to resolve this issue since Friday, but three days have passed, and no one has addressed it. The support staff is unable to help; they simply state that the matter needs to be resolved with the support team. However, when you contact support via email, they only respond by saying that the account is verified, without providing any further assistance. Their responses take a long time, and they are not helpful.

They even contradict themselves in what they say. As you can see in the image, the support staff claims that the processing time is 24 hours... However, this withdrawal was made in much longer than 24 hours...
