385000 usd winning not paid

Today is day 10 waiting for my winnings to get paid. And within having a thread of 45 plus mails going back and forth with the finance team.

They are still going in circles and not being honest since i got to understand after 10 days what they are doing is just delaying my payment.

Delaying to pay me although my win is so clear and so obvious to be 100% legit in crazytime the most famous live game in the world of online casino. Having the win itself being recorded for public for the whole world to see.

I have attached screenshots from my phone the moment I hit my lucky 2000x on pachinko in crazy time and also another screenshot of my balance and another screenshot of my bet records and the win amount on slots.inc

And then slots.inc Used their terms and conditions that any win above 1000x needs to be checked for up to 10 days.

Respecting those terms and respecting the size of the big win we had polite respectful emails going back and forward.

Even with the emails I get from the finance team it shows that they know the win is legit but they tell me just be patient since we have to do that standard check.

I got an email I was promised I would receive a detailed reply the next day (day10) and high hopes they would give me my payment schedule and then they stopped replying to me.

The day they stopped replying to me was on a friday and was the 10th day of the second week before a weekend starts this is where the trust was fully broken since I was promised to get a detailed response with high hopes of a payment schedule on that same Friday night. Then I realised ahh the next two days will be the weekend excuse.

Please help me askgamblers to get my winnings paid.

I did not reach to my lucky win before spending so much money and then when it hits I got a casino that was delaying my payment. So frustrating.

I have attached many photos for your reference.

3) terms and conditions stating that checks take upto 10 days which already passed.

Have they responded about why they gave me a payment plan for 105k usd and in writing with proof of confirmation of my win? Its above 50k did they miss reading the terms and conditions?

slots.inc will play around and around.
Did they send a proof that the term was on the website since 2023 without removing it?

Why is such a major term not in terms and conditions?

Note: slots.inc is operating without license since october 1 till date.
