My deposit is not showing up for a long time


vor 3 Jahren

I have bank transferred this casino 200 and I have asked them why it takes so long for them to approve it.

They always tell me that the issue is getting resolved. The issue is not getting resolved, they are not updating me about anything I have sent them proof of payment twice. None of them seem to know what their doing.

I would appreciate some help thanks.

The situation has been resolved. The player received 200 euros to the game balance.
We provided the information to the player in the email.

You have now been advised that the 200 was rejected. For what reason i do not know. I was told the money should be in my bank account but it isnt.
