Withdrawal stalling tactics

I've been getting the same response from slot bunny for the last 3 days. Im being told that they have been reviewing the game play for the last 2 days. I was told on the 02/10/26 that I would receive my withdrawal in 24-48 hrs. That time has past and my status is still pending. I feel like customer service is purposely trying to stall my withdrawal.

This is a lie. Slot bunny is robbing me. Any accounts made were not by me. Like I said retaliation for making a complaint. Nothing was said when they collected over $300 in deposits but when I win all of a sudden it's multiple accounts under the same IP address. But we can't disclose the information. They need to be banned and put on notice so other depositing players don't get robbed like me, I will be seeking legal action!

As part of our internal investigation we identified several accounts connected through the same IP activity, which is not permitted under our Terms and Conditions. 2nd Withdrawal in a row with Delayed Payout
I made my first withdrawal from Slot Bunny Casino on 12/30/25 for $618.00. An hour went by and I received an email stating they needed a KYC from me. Struck me as odd due to the fact I have been playing with then for months but I thought ok maybe they need the KYC because it’s my first withdrawal after 21 straight losses of DEPOSITS. I get an email back the next day saying my KYC is verified so I’m expecting my withdrawal soon after. Nope 3 days later after me contacting Chat support every hour and countless emails to Management and Support which I never received any response back at all my withdrawal was approved and I received it. The whole time Chat support was telling me my withdrawal is with compliance and waiting for the game provider to verify my game play. Chat support said they continue to follow up but compliance has not given any updates. Well a couple of days ago I received a nice bonus via email from Slot bunny so I went to the Chat support and said straight out I am almost scared to deposit because I don’t want another issue with my withdrawal if I should win. I was reassured that it was just a random thing and the withdrawal process is fast easy and I should not encounter any issues moving forward. Well silly me bought the LIE and deposited on 1/14/26. I ended up winning $1016.00. I go to withdrawal and after an hour did not receive anything. I reach out to Chat support first I’m told they are busy and working on it then I’m told 3 hours later after I reach out pissed that my withdrawal once again is with Compliance and they will release it soon. Then I’m told the next day they are waiting on the Game Provider to sign off to release my money. Each and everyone I speak to at Chat Support gives me a different excuse on why I have not received my withdrawal. I have emailed once again Support and Management and have not heard ANYTHING BACK at all just like the first time!

I deposited at this casino October 2nd 2025, I then submitted a withdrawal the same day, used a no rules bonus with a $2000 max cashout followed all T&C’s and also had already been KYC verified. I then get an email saying my gameplay was with the compliance department and was under review and they will have to wait to hear back from the game provider (Ta Da games) I got told this for weeks straight. Which I’ve never had to deal with a casino waiting on the provider. I then contacted said Provider and they told me that it’s an issue on Slotbunny’s end that they need to resolve. I contacted Slotbunny via chat to tell them and I can only speak to a customer service agent nobody higher, they said they noted it. I then contact slot bunny again via chat a week or so later and they continue to tell me the same thing. It’s been almost 3 months now, they do not reply to my emails, vip agent doesn’t reply and manager doesn’t reply to emails. Customer service via chat is the only communication I can get and they can’t tell me anything other than it’s with the compliance dept and they are waiting for the provider to confirm the gameplay. Very unsatisfied and at this point I believe I am just not being paid out. My username is Richardstay3 on there, I also submitted a complaint on CasinoGuru and they never responded to that complaint either. On Trust Pilot they have numerous complaints of being told this same thing. I have the screenshots to prove. Thanks
