I’m reaching out to report an issue with Shuffle Casino.
On January 6th, I requested a withdrawal of $884, but I still haven’t received my money.
Initially, the casino requested identity verification, which I successfully completed. However, my withdrawal still hasn’t been processed. I’ve been contacting customer support daily, but all I get is the same scripted response: my account is under manual review by their team. They refuse to provide a clear timeline for the review, and nothing is progressing.
I find this behavior unacceptable. It feels like my funds are being deliberately withheld to avoid paying my winnings.
I hope someone can assist in promptly resolving this issue.
