My withdrawal has been "in review" for over a month and shuffle support will not help or give any extra information. My withdrawal request was on February 28th and I have not received my withdrawal or any updates and I am writing this on March 29th. On the shuffle withdrawal page it says, "in review.

shuffle never once said I would not be able to withdraw my funds because of alleged multi accounting and continued to allow me to deposit for weeks after warning I would no longer receive VIP rewards.
with all of this being said I would like to restate I was never multi accounting with malicious intent, I didn't make any of the money that is stuck in shuffle from multi accounting, and didn't know it was against shuffle rules and after they told me I never used any other account again.
all of the bitcoin in question is from my initial deposit and the rest won from playing blackjack.
