I have deposited $750 USDC to the site, have now around $1100 USDC, they keep denying my verification, however I am uploading EU Resident ID Card. They are not giving any information about the process, I have an internal escalation ticket about KYC for 2 weeks. I don't think I will ever get paid, as lots of people are already having the same complaint on Trustpilot for the past few weeks...
