I have been playing on shuffle for more than a week ago now and had no problems with the first two withdrawals I made. I then won again and wanted to withdraw for the 3rd time and as usual they requested documents for verification which I uploaded straight away. I made it to level 3 and got declined. They told me it was because they had to check it manually. So no need to worry. Now it has been a week and I been trying to ask everyday how far we were with the process. But all I get is an automated answer about if I have further questions I have to contact [email protected] but they don’t reply to any single email at all. I hope this will help resolve the case. Documents are attached.
