Shuffle Withdrawal delay
I’ve been using Shuffle for a while and reached Silver 5 VIP status, almost Gold. My account was primarily for sports betting, but I also placed larger bets on live casino games. Initially, toward the end of last year and the first weeks of January, I had no issues with deposits or withdrawals. However, after I started winning, I made my first withdrawal of €1,299.80 in USDC on January 22, 2025, at 12:17 PM, followed by a second withdrawal of €2,657.80 in USDC on January 24, 2025, at 2:41 PM.
Since I was used to receiving my funds instantly from this site, I contacted customer support the same day I made my first withdrawal after a few hours had passed without receiving it. They had no explanation at the time. Later, I followed up, and they requested proof of ID and proof of address. That was fine with me—I submitted a photo of my passport and my latest home internet bill. Both were automatically approved by their system, but customer support informed me that the withdrawal would still need to undergo a manual review.
It’s now been almost a week, and I’ve heard NOTHING. I’ve been reaching out to customer support daily, but they continue to provide no answers. They even threatened to limit my access to customer support if I kept contacting them. I also asked them to summarize my issue to ensure they understood it correctly and escalated it appropriately, but they refused to restate the problem I explained to them.
At this point, I’m extremely frustrated with this site and the fact that my withdrawal is taking weeks, even though I’ve submitted all the required documents. I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone until they can demonstrate that they’re capable of handling things properly. This it not much money for an international company like this, but it it for a normal human being like me.
