Neglecting my Verification for over 20 days
Hello, I want to make my problems known when it comes to shuffle.com, after submitting my identification over 20 days ago, the support team has been practically unresponsive on my status or what is going on, typically replying to my occasional, maybe once daily questions, with the typical empty
"Hi,
Your account is currently under review by our compliance team. We will provide updates once their investigation is complete. No further action is required on your end. Thank you for your patience."
This seems to be a common occurrence as suggested by a large portion of their one star reviews on trustpilot.com, but I of course don't have the necessary knowledge to accuse them of using this as a tactic to not payout their users.
I did not break any rules, though I did have trouble submitting my ID (I am a Philippines native) so I used a digital ID which is what is most common for people without a drivers license in my country. This was shortly denied, to which I then used a friend's driver's license as substitute, (with his permission, though I know now that this can cause problems), and then the "investigation" began once I explained the situation to Mark (who I assume is on their compliance team), about why I submitted two different ID documents. I have never been asked for more information regarding my identity beyond the initial submission, so I can't imagine what is taking so long aside from that fact.
I believe it is inexcusable to attempt to hold my funds, and I should have my withdraw passed through to me as soon as possible. Twenty days is far exceeding a reasonable threshold for an investigation, especially for someone who broke no rules.
