Delayed payment unnecessarily at shuffle and it is more than 10 days now
I am writing to follow up on a withdrawal request I made over 10 days ago, which remains unresolved. The withdrawal—amounting to approximately $350 USD in LTC—was placed and subsequently moved to the "in review" state. It has now been over 10+ days in this state, with no concrete updates provided.
Upon reaching out to the support team for assistance, I was informed that there is no defined timeline for when the review will be completed or when the withdrawal will be processed. Unfortunately, this lack of clarity makes it difficult for me to plan accordingly.
I would also like to highlight my verification status. My account is verified up to Level 2. To complete Level 3 verification, I submitted a valid proof of address that matches the partial address already associated with my account (as seen in the system hint). However, my submission was rejected without any explanation, and I have not received specific feedback on what was missing or incorrect.
