So situation is that I just deposited from my bank account 10€ and money didn't deposited into shadowbet balance. Whole week same answers. Everyday asking for news but whole week same answers. Have attached chats transcripts. I want my money back. If need can upload bank statement of deposited 10€. They said that company is still working on that, but it's too long. It's not something like free bonus or spins i asking. It's my real money and I want them back imideatly.
