Withdrawal of 5000e complaint
Hi. I've been playing on Scatterhall for a while, depositing and playing for some thousands. This time i won and was happy about it. I am fully verified so im thinking that withdraw shouldnt be an issue. I now have a pending withdraw since 25 of april and the communication with the casino is abysmal. I first tried talking to livechat. The only thing they can say is "I don't handle withdraws, send and email to finance@scatterhall.com" . So I did.. I sent them 6 emails now without getting any answers back. Ive been in livechat again, but still the same answer. "I Cant do anything, I am not handling withdraws. Ive been gambling for 18 years online, and i have never been treated this way. And it all comes apparent when i look up scatterhall on google and tons of bad reviews regarding my issue i surfacing. On alot of review sites, they cant find Scatterhall`s license. In other instances i would wait a little longer if i just could get some feedback like ; "We are going trough gamerounds, Or checking something" But total silence I dont want. I am writing to Askgamblers now and i hope this could be brought to daylight. Best reagards
