Deposit does not arrive and they don't care

Scatterhall is your classic curacao < offensive language >. I have been making deposits that do not arrive in the account.

When contacting their unprofessional customer support it takes hours of being ignored and then finally when you get in touch they don't give a < offensive language > and just simply say “you need to wait”

Currently it's been over a day now, and I have provided them with a pop (proof of payment) but yet again no action or help just being rude and full of excuses.

Working myself in igaming operating over 9 brands I know exactly how things work and they are basically only telling you < offensive language > hoping the customer is not knowledgeable. Unfortunately for them they thought I was a customer like that as well they thought they could trick me.

hi, i have already sent you this, what do you need more?

i sent a screenshot of the account history showing the deposit is still in pending state, i sent you a screenshot of my bank showing the transaction is paid for,

there is nothing else as proof to sent as that shows everything and you already got it here in this complains so tell me what you need more to be able to finally fix the missing money as its now weeks that i am not having my money and im starting to lose my patience and getting pissed off about it.

I am currently starting to feel that other actions need to be taken to be able to get my money again. Actions that will not be as friendly as an 3th party dispute like here at ask gamblers.

The AskGamblers Complaint Team is kindly reminding you that you have been asked twice to confirm whether the funds did reflect back to your bank account. In addition, if you keep depositing, you do trust the operator it seems.

Please keep in mind that as per the AGCCS Terms and Guidelines which you accepted upon registering and using our complaints system, you are obliged to provide the necessary level of assistance and cooperation during the process.


Should you refuse to update your complaint in 24h, we will have no other choice but to reject the case and recommend you to forward it to the relevant regulatory body.

Thank you for reaching out to me. In order to verify that the payments have been returned to your bank account, you will need to request proof from your bank. Your bank should be able to provide you with documentation or statements that confirm the return of the payments.

It is important to note that failed deposits, for whatever reason, will typically be credited back to the origin account within 7-10 business days. If it has been longer than this time frame and you still have not received your payments, I would advise you to contact your bank directly to inquire about the status of your account.
