Delayed payments of 1500e

I have been waiting my withdraw now totally 14 Days. I did my first withdrawal 11.3.2023 and nothing has happen. I have done Verification and when I did win first time in this casino I had my withdrawal in 3 days. When I ask from Scatterhall that why my withdraw is still pending they answer always that they notify financial department and will be processed soon. Still nothing happens.

Weeks go and money not moving. There is rule that withdraws should be processed in 24hour and it takes 1-5 business day to get money. but this isnt true. Email from them:

"To clarify our withdrawal process, please note that processing of withdrawals only takes place on business days. Once a withdrawal is initiated, it may take up to 24 hours to enter the processing stage, depending on the time it was requested. Once it enters the processing stage, the payment is sent to the payment system for payout. Please note that bank transfers may take anywhere from 1-5 business days to complete."

I have totally 1500€ money in casino, in withdraw 500€(daily limit) and 1000€ in account waiting.

Hope this helps something. i have seen a lot talking about missing payments with this casino.

Well you could use other payment methods, i did deposit via mifinity so you should do withdraw via mifinity. Or use direct bank transfer without nodapay. it isnt so hard to process withdraw.
