Cashouts of 448€ not being paid

I have 2 cashouts that I havent got to my bank. 50€ and 398€. They are form 10th and 11th of March. Support only gives runaround answers and promise to process these but nothing happens. I have asked from live chat daily whats going on but cant get any detailed information. My account is fully verified there.

Kindly note that the AskGamblers Complaint Team has just extended the response timeframe for another 96 hours in the hope that Scatterhall Casino management will soon provide an update regarding this complaint.

Should the operator fail to provide such an update within the specified timeframes, the case shall be considered unresolved and will be closed accordingly. As a direct consequence of such closure, the operator's ranking score on AskGamblers will be decreased accordingly.
