Unjustified seizure of 666 euros deposit balance

Following the advice from AskGamblers support, I am opening this new complaint to clarify that I do not have any active case or investigation with a regulator. I tried contacting them before but never got a response, so there is nothing preventing AskGamblers from mediating this.

The situation is that I deposited €1,000 via Solana and, after a bit of activity where I actually lost money, the casino blocked my account and kept the €666 I had left. This means I am in a net loss of -€334. They aren't confiscating "winnings" here because I never made a profit, they are simply keeping my own deposit money.

I haven't received any explanation or proof of wrongdoing. Even if a casino decides to close an account, the fair thing is to return the remaining deposit to the player if they didn't win anything. I am just asking for my €666 back.

I’ve attached the deposit proof, the email where they admit to taking the money, and a shot of my blocked account.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Samba Slots Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions: You are not allowed to use your bonus funds while you have open casino or sports bets" (paragraph 14)

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

I am forced to respond because the casino’s vague reference to 'Paragraph 14' is clearly an attempt to avoid their responsibility. I want to be very clear: I only placed one single bet, which I lost. I haven't used any strategies or systematic betting; in fact, I am currently at a net loss. It’s impossible to justify 'fraud' when I haven’t even recovered my initial deposit.

Furthermore, I have never requested self-exclusion from this casino or any other site in the Jumpman/Simba network. Using my account status as an excuse to confiscate my remaining €666 is simply false. If the casino claims a breach of terms, they must specify exactly which sub-point they are referring to and provide actual proof to the AskGamblers team. Simply citing a general paragraph is not enough to take a player's legitimate funds. I’m not asking for winnings—I am requesting the immediate refund of my remaining €666 deposit.
