Withdrawal payment delayed
I requested two withdrawals ($3,000 & $512 cads) on Nov 7 & 10 respectively via bank transfer on the website. On Nov 12 i received an email that my account has been fully verified and i submitted a bank statement they requested.
I sent an email Nov 13 and 23 - No reply until now
I communicated to live chat Nov 26 to 30 everyday - But same reason everyday that they are “having traffic lately for withdrawal - payment processing is taking longer than expected”
Today Dec 1 - received no money yet nor reply from their support
