Withdrawal delay
I made a withdrawal request on the website 6/11. The day after I received an email telling me to complete KYC. I emailed in all necessary documentation and received a email the same day (7/11) that everything was in order.
I sent an email 13/11 - No reply yet..
I talked to live chat 14/11 - The answer from them was that the finance department is working on my case.
Here we are 19/11 and no money or any more response has been received
