Delayed withdrawal of 48880 SEK for over 1 month

My account with Roy Richie is verified. I tried to withdraw winnings of 48880 SEK on the 2nd of november with Trustly bank payment and the withdrawal is still pending today (3rd december). I have been in contact with live chat, but of course they don't really know anything. They just say stuff like my withdrawal is of "highest priority", which it of course is not. We have also been in contact by email, since the live chat hasn't been up for quite a while. But the answers there is just the same with excuses like: "We are very sorry for this situation and would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused. As we are having to much traffic lately with withdrawals, hence the payment processing is taking longer time than its expected ."

I can see many more complaints like this here on the website and I am getting a bit worried. I see no joy posting a complaint, but this has been taking too long. Withdrawals with Trustly is not supposed to take this long. Please Askgamblers, help me out here.
