Problem with payment Red Star Casino

On 11/28/2023 I put $400 for withdrawal, a couple of hours later I received a notification by email: Your money withdrawal request (ID 8036361) for 400.0 USD has been completed., the money has not yet been credited to the card. The account has been verified, before this I made 2 withdrawals, everything was fine. I wrote to online support on the same day, sent a bank statement, they said that the information was transferred to the manager and waited for an answer from him by email, and this is what they say every time I contact them.

Unfortunately, the transaction get stuck on the side of credit card provider that leads to delay. We have sent them multiple requests to look into it, but was getting no positive feedback. Terrible miscommunication on a bonus cancellation
Hello! I got some weird situation with restar casino. I registered there made deposit of 1000 russian rubles and took bonus of 100%,so received 1000 on top of deposit. He just gave up on me,this situation is insane! I totally got scamed cause mistake of operator. As you can see on screen with winnings i had on balance 40211 rub and 32445 left to wagger! So it means what i had 8000 clear winnings and 32445 with wagger x1. And what they gave me? Bonus 6000 with wagger x40? what is less 5% chances to make wagger of it. i hope i can find the truth here! Please help me,thanks!
