Hello

Please help me if you can.

My account was closed after 1 week and they sent me a one-word answer when I asked why.

They said I have a double account. But that's not true.

Reading the forums, this is one reason they steal the money. Can you help me? At the license publisher I couldn't find contact details.

Hello! We have received information from security team regarding your account. Account is closed for multiaccounting according to T&C - https:­//w­ww.r­ed­sta­rca­sin­o.e­u/t­erms.
We see that the player in question with the login "barkanyie" is directly connected and is a clone of another account - "samatto". "samatto" has been restricted for sportsbetting and topic starter has created a new account "barkanyie". Both accounts play only betting product, use the same payment system - Neteller, have similar e-mail addresses ****@freemail.hu and most importantly - a match by IP address. You can find a screenshot from our CRM that shows IP match between accounts "samatto" and "barkanyie".

Terrible miscommunication on a bonus cancellation
Hello! I got some weird situation with restar casino. I registered there made deposit of 1000 russian rubles and took bonus of 100%,so received 1000 on top of deposit. So it means what i had 8000 clear winnings and 32445 with wagger x1. And what they gave me? Bonus 6000 with wagger x40? what is less 5% chances to make wagger of it. i hope i can find the truth here!
