I have 2 withdrawals placed on 13/08 and 15/08 that total $480.
I have contacted the casino on live chat and via email 10+ times. I received no response or a response that my withdrawal is being processed, and no need to worry, they will not provide any reason why there is a delay. Very poor customer service.
I had 3 withdrawals processed 1 month ago and have received no reason why there would be such a delay this time.
