I have 2 withdrawals placed on 13/08 and 15/08 that total $480.

I have contacted the casino on live chat and via email 10+ times. I received no response or a response that my withdrawal is being processed, and no need to worry, they will not provide any reason why there is a delay. Very poor customer service.

I had 3 withdrawals processed 1 month ago and have received no reason why there would be such a delay this time.

21 Days so far, pretty bad. Make it right and get it processed in the next day or two. No one should have to wait this long.

The withdraw has now been processed. I have used many online casinos over 15 years and this one is by far the worst, not even close. Play at your own risk
