I am filing this complaint regarding Posido Casino and their failure to process my withdrawal of €1,187.

On 19 July 2025, I requested the withdrawal after completing all account verification requirements. My documents were verified in full before I made the withdrawal request.

Since then, the withdrawal has remained pending for nearly one month. According to Posido Casino’s own terms, withdrawals should be processed promptly once verification is complete. It is unreasonable and unacceptable for a licensed casino to hold funds for such an extended period without any valid reason.

I have contacted their support team multiple times, but I am told each time that my request is “with the financial department.” The explanation that they are “too busy” to check my withdrawal for almost a month is not credible.

This delay appears to be in breach of fair gaming and timely payout standards expected of licensed operators. I have complied with all rules, and the casino has no pending requests from me — yet they continue to withhold my winnings.

I request that AskGamblers assist in ensuring:

Immediate processing of my €1,187 withdrawal.

Clarification from the operator as to why this excessive delay occurred despite completed verification.
