Hello, I made a withdrawal request of €500 on August 14, 2024, without any explanation this request was canceled on August 22. I made a new request for the same withdrawal on August 22, 2024, today is September 2 and no payment has yet been executed. I made 2 other withdrawal requests in the meantime, one for €500 on August 27 and another for €350 on August 28 and they have not been executed.
