Hey everyone,

I made a withdrawal 5 days ago (business days) and my withdrawal is still not paid within what is the specified time, I've already exhausted all the communication options with the casino, Live chat; I ask them if something is wrong with my account, or I need to do something adittional to receive my payment, and they only keep telling me wait everytime, even though stated that paid within 3 days, Email; I sent an email asking for clarification and haven't got an answer yet. I would really like to know what's going to my account, if I need to do something, or if everything's okay, please make my withdrawal when you can, thanks!
