Hello,

Posido seems like an okay casino, other than withdrawal times and limits ($500 at a time)

My first withdrawal of $500 CAD has been pending since Monday, November 10th.

I submitted another withdrawal of $ 500 CAD on November 12th.

I inquired about these withdrawals totalling $1000cad on Friday, Nov 12. I was told that they are behind on requests as they are busy. (I have screenshots of this conversation)

I put another withdrawal of $500cad today (Nov 16, now $1500 CAD pending). After putting that withdrawal through, I was no longer able to put any more withdrawals in, as the max is $1500 before they are processed.

I have a total of $8142.21 CAD in my Posido account ($1500 pending withdrawal and another $6642.21 sitting in the account that I can’t withdraw due to their limits)

All their live chat says is that it’s behind on withdrawals and they should be processed in 1-3 days.

*update - I received a portion of my withdrawal a few hours after submitting my complaint. The withdrawal from Nov 12 was processed. I’m still waiting on Nov 10 withdrawal.

Hi, I appreciate the prompt response and action.

I’ve tried to add another withdrawal, and it says I’ve reached my limit and to try again later.

Is there a daily limit, weekly limit, or monthly limit? I’m just curious how long it’ll take to withdraw the full amount.

Dear BTROTTIER,

Yes there are various daily, weekly and monthly limit that you can check in our T&C 6.10

You may request one withdrawal every 24 hours, with a maximum of three pending withdrawals at any time.

In addition to your request,

Your new withdrawals have been forwarded to the appropriate department, which will process the payment at the earliest opportunity.

I figured everything was resolved after withdrawals started being processed as stated above.

However, I’ve had withdrawals pending since the complaint got resolved an week ago.

I’ve received approx $3000 in payments.

I have $1250 pending withdrawals for about a week, and another $2450 I’m waiting to be able to withdraw.
