Account disable for no reason
I subscribed to POSINO Casino last Monday. I made two withdrawal of 200$ each. I played all day and I won over 5000$. The next day I tried to connect to my account but my account was disable. I connected to the casino's chat a few times and try to understand why they blocked my account. they gave me no reason and told me that the Casino will reach me out soon. I only received an email last Tuesday to provide them some documents. I provided all the needed information on the same day. since Tuesday, I sent two emails and tried to connect with the casino's chat room. No one answer me. please help me to resolve this issue.
