Been waiting two weeks for a 24 hour verification

Dear Sirs,

I sent my documents 23th of October. Their website says "Once all required documents have been submitted, the verification process will typically be completed within 24 to 72 hours".

I have been asking several times afterwards, and they only give excuses for delays without any improvement. How hard can it be to verify some simple documents?

You have some nerve calling my accusations "factually incorrect". Nothing I've said has been incorrect this far. You accuse me of "Manipulation of Location and Identity", which means you think I manipulate identities, which sounds like I make up fake ones. I don't even know how to manipulate my location - much less identity. Why would I want to do that?

And now you think I've opened more than one account? Why would I play with more than one account at your site? What's the possible benefit, when I can play all the games I want on my one account?

I see your accusations but unless you can give some reasons for why I would want to do that, the more likely explanation is that they are just rationalizations that you made up.

And of course it's "confiscation". I won the matches fair and square, mostly big football matches that I couldn't possibly manipulate. The money was mine - and pretending it's "goodwill" to pay back €350 of my €10000 is laughable.

But unlike yourself, a rationalization of a business model where you make up accusations, confiscating your fortunate customers funds, would of course benefit you.

Then you can keep the losers money, while also keeping the winners funds. Your site can never lose. Win-win-situation for you. You're fooling no one.

Section 2.4 & 2.5: One Account Per Player. Our systems identified that your account was linked to a network of other accounts, demonstrating coordinated activity that violates the principle of individual play.

Section 13: Account Termination. This section grants us the right to void winnings and withhold the balance if a player has "engaged in collusion, cheating, [or] fraudulent activity," or has "not played solely for personal entertainment... or participating as part of a club or group."

Collusion, which involves players working together to gain an unfair advantage, is a serious violation that undermines the integrity of our platform and the fair experience for all customers. The action taken was a standard and necessary measure to protect our service and our legitimate customer base.

3. Our Final Goodwill Resolution – Which was Offered to You Already

While we firmly uphold our decision regarding the forfeiture of winnings derived from the identified collusive activity, we believe in ultimate fairness.

As a final goodwill gesture, and to demonstrate our commitment to transparency, we have already offered to refund the total amount of your deposited funds.

This means you will be returned the entirety of the capital you deposited into your account. You will not lose a single penny of your own money.

This refund is offered without admission of any error on our part regarding the terms violation, but as a clear signal that we value fair dealing above all else.

Conclusion

Your public claims are a misrepresentation of the facts. The delay in your initial verification was acknowledged and resolved. The subsequent and more serious action on your account was a direct and justified response to uncovered collusion and coordinated activity, which represents a material breach of our agreed Terms and Conditions.
