My withdraw is still "pending" and BOBcasino refuses to resolve the issue. They claim the withdraw is processed and complete but according to the website, it's not.. they have given me several different excuses and even refuse to provide a TXid of the withdraw. I'm unsure if they even know what bitcoin is and how it works, according to the responses I was given.. Either way, I have the screenshots and chat transcripts to show they are not even trying to resolve the issue.
They keep telling me to reset and conduct again.. I have no idea what that means but i'm unable to do anything but submit this review in hopes that they will correct this issue.
