First of all I would like to thank you for your earlier cooperation & help.

My issue started with Nords Casino casino on 05/11/2023 after I finished the required wagering and I submitted a withdrawal request (265 euro) on 05/11/2023 Skrill.

On daily bases I have been sending them emails regarding my withdrawal, since 08/11/2023 but unfortunately it is still pending. Yesterday I received an email from the casino telling me that they can not say any schedule when my withdrawal was processed.

I have now been bad feeling I did not receive my funds for a long time without help. My account has verified K.Y.C passed.

I don't have anything against Nords casino, but I want my payouts on time. Mords casino info in chatbox tells;

Withdrawal requests get processed within 48 hours. Because delayed withdrawal cause me negatively, I made a complaint now.

Ok i get covid19 last saturday. I quit all games and withdraw all balance now.
No idea bet, netter to rest some time.
