Hello, I have been Nords casino customer now almost 2 weeks. Account is fully verified KYC, even when was ready they canceled my withdrawal and asked additional documents, those documents has been as well added and successfully accepted.
Now its third day of withdrawal not been paid which is really strange, also it seems there is many complaints from other customers as well and I don't want to wait weeks to get my payment through so I hope Askgamblers can help me cause customer service responses basically automatic responses and when I ask them simple questions that their time frame which seems to be 48 hours, they cannot even ask payment department or give any kind of explanation.
