Hello, I have been Nords casino customer now almost 2 weeks. Account is fully verified KYC, even when was ready they canceled my withdrawal and asked additional documents, those documents has been as well added and successfully accepted.

Now its third day of withdrawal not been paid which is really strange, also it seems there is many complaints from other customers as well and I don't want to wait weeks to get my payment through so I hope Askgamblers can help me cause customer service responses basically automatic responses and when I ask them simple questions that their time frame which seems to be 48 hours, they cannot even ask payment department or give any kind of explanation.

Hope you can help me.

tryed to talk with customer service with nordscasino where the funds are. I asked about the withdrawal and asked explanation that you process documents KYC in 24hrs and then withdrawals arent paid out, why? Was my question and then automatic response which doesnt answer to my question, then immediately terminated the chat.


dont Ever play this casino, players dont deserve this kind of behavior from casinos.

Funds paid. Even its paid, i really suggest players to think twice if wanna play, Cause its Not right that need to ask multiple times simple things. Thank you.
