Misleading bonus description, poor support

I singed up at Vbet.net and deposited after carefully reading all T&C and bonus rules.
Took the 100% welcome bonus and suddenly noticed that there were only slots by WAZDA available.
The promotions page in German states that the following providers may be played with the 100% welcome bonus:
"BETCONSTRUCT, NETENT, MICROGAMING, PLAYSON, ISOFTBET, AMAYA, PATAGONIA, WORLDMATCH, ENDORPHINA."
Wazda is not listed.

However, most slots can't even be found when searching via search bar. Other slots that can be found don't load at all.
I went into the chat and Philip told me that only WAZDA slots can be played with the bonus. I sent him a screenshot of the German promotions page and he later told me that I will have to wait until the relevant department contacts me by email.
Please note that at this point of time I had already been in the chat for 46 minutes.
I then asked to remove the bonus because I had deposited in order to play, not to wait for a day or weeks until I receive an email.
Canceled my bonus but the problem remained.
Philip told me (it was all in English) that I have to log out and log in again.
I did so and the situation didn't change.
Then he said that I have to delete all browser data and the issue should be fixed.
I did that but nothing changed, except that now there was only one single slot left for me to play.
So I went to the chat again and found out that Philip spoke German.
I asked him why we had chatted in English the whole time and he answered that I had started speaking English but chose German as the desired language in the chat.
I hadn't actively chosen a language, yet Philip knew that I was German and I had even sent him a screenshot in German language. Why he didn't tell me that he was a German support agent is beyond me.
Philip told me again that he has to forward this issue to the relevant department.
The whole thing in the chat lasted 1 hour and 20 minutes!
I had canceled my bonus because I was told that I couldn't play the slots because of the bonus, but it was all in vain since there are still only WAZDAN slots available, even when I am not logged in and try a different computer.
Haven't received an email, so I went to the chat today. The German chat was closed on me several times without any response.
The english chat let me wait 26 minutes and I didn't get a response, instead I was put from number 1 in the waiting queue to number 3.
I started the chat again, waited 5 minutes, no response but the chat was closed on me again.
I went to Vbet.com to ask what is going on but the chat was closed on me all the time - no response.
Hours later I tried the chat again but it's not available for anymore.
So I have my deposit in my casino account but can't play, lost my bonus because I was given false information and the support ignores me completely.
What in the world is going on there?
I get that technical issues can occur, but at least talk to the customers and don't ignore them. Especially not when they have a deposit in their account and registered in order to play and not to be ignored when issues occur.
I would like to either get my money back or to be able to play all slots as stated on the site. Moreover, when this issue is fixed I'd like to receive my bonus back.
