have made several withdrawal requests with N1 Bet Casino, all of which were smooth transactions withing the 0-24 hour timeline they advertise, usually even quicker.

This time I made a withdrawal request for $1089 and it was promptly reviewed in 4 hours and 52 minutes to be exact, but this time it was rejected and they requested information on my crypto wallet, which I had already verified in March when I made a crypto withdrawal but this was fine and I provided the documents they requested and requested my withdrawal again. I have confirmed on multiple chats that the verification is complete and im just in the queue to have my withdrawal processed.

Days pass and I follow up with support and receive the same excuses, the queue is long or just wait a bit longer we cannot give you a time. I feel its clear this is a purposeful delay as every single withdrawal I have ever made was processed in just a few hours and the initial request for this specific withdrawal was reviewed in under 5 hours and now that I verified it takes them days to process? Something is off and I cannot get a clear answer from them. Coincidentally this happens to be my biggest withdrawal request from N1 Bet Casino which was won on the slots and there was no bonus attached so it should be as straight forward as every other withdrawal I have made.

N1 Bet Casino has always been a good platform with fast withdrawals but this time not so much. I hope to get this resolved and continue to enjoy the experience I have had until this point.
