Also, please consider that you should pass the verification process before requesting a withdrawal.

I have stated I have my birth certificate that states everything yous need and also my bank card I used also proof of address many letters and bank statements I can provide .But I have asked to give yous via live chat or email as when I upload it keeps saying can’t upload .So my money is just sitting there .I have uploaded them just now

So when I contact that email kyc one if I send them my birth certificate and my proof of address then can I withdraw ? I do not have a passport nor a driving licence

The KYC team checked your email and there weren't sent any documents from your side. So we won't be able to verify your account. Along with this, we can't verify your ID using a birth certificate, you should send us photos of an ID card.
