I won 940 euros on Mystake last week and still have not received my winnings. Firstly I wasn't verified which is understandable so I spoke to the team and verified in every way they asked. They told me once I had verified they were going to close my account after I have withdrew my money that was a week ago. Since then I have had 3 withdrawals rejected with an email asking for a pdf of my bank statements to see if I have deposited through Payop, I have done this 3 times now including yesterday. I spoke to their live chat and they have said I should be ok if there aren't any comebacks, I was recommended this casino great site with a great choice of games however it seems they do not want me to withdraw my winning.

Hopefully, they get back soon allowing me to withdraw. Let's see what they have to say about this. I have all the emails saved as proof if needed
