Hello. I have been playing at MyStake casino for several months. I have a fully verified account.

On June 7, I submitted a request for a withdrawal of money and the next day my account was blocked.

They tell me they are investigating. No reasons are given. They say wait. Help please!.

Sometimes investigation takes that much time depending on the game transactions and type of suspicion.
We tried our best to speed up the process and our security team gave you permission to withdraw all the remaining funds.
However, you will not be able to use the account and it will permanently be blocked after a withdrawal.
