MyStake hold me 11411 $ usd and they don't want to pay me.

It's been 3 months since I can't withdraw. They put my account under investigation. I don't even know why. My verification has been done since the creation of my account.

I tried to discuss with them how is that my account can be under investigation and they don't answer nothing just to wait for investigation to be done. It's been 3 months and still the same answer. It's getting ridiculous how they can treat their customer like that.

I feel getting scammed and they hold me my money which I won! My account is active but I can't withdraw ! and also I never used any bonus.

Hello,

The user is able to withdraw 1000USD per week. We hope that this is acceptable to the player. The user was a sport winner, and it was the reason for the investigation.
