Withdrawal was requested via SEPA on 30th Jan at 21:02

Withdrawal guidelines are 3 business days, it has now been 5 and still in a processing state. Site has no live chat function that I can see, email sent to support and their response was:


"Hello dear user,

Due to heavy traffic there is some delay with withdrawals, kindly ask you to wait for it to be applied.

It will be done as soon as possible.

Best regards,

Mikey/ Support agent."


Honestly don't see how increased site traffic delays a payment, but nonetheless, the withdrawal is nearly exceeding double its processing time. The bank details used have been used multiple times previously on the site.

Please can the withdrawal be approved?

Your withdrawal request was already processed on the 4th of February. We checked the bank statement as well and according to the information, the funds should already be in your account. (Take a look at attached file)
Please confirm that you received the money successfully.

The complaint was originally raised on the 4th prior to the withdrawal being processed.

I can confirm I received the funds.
