I am trying to withdraw a balance of EUR 380 but can't do so as my account has been closed due to gambling addiction and I have no access to it. I have contacted MyStake on numerous occasions but they aren't replying.

I have an email from their Compliance manager confirming I can withdraw EUR380 but have no way of doing so.

This is what he has emailed me with, a copy which has been sent to you.

ion, we have decided that you are entitled for a refund of 480 EUR, from here 100 EUR you have already withdrawn, therefore you will be able to withdraw 380 EUR.

The problem I have is that my account is closed and I have no access to withdraw the EUR380. Can you send me back the EUR380 from where you took it from please or do I have to log in and request it myself If you insist on me having to log in to request the withdrawal then obviously you will need to unblock my account until it's processed.

Hello DMR,

Your account has been reopened temporarily so that you can make a withdrawal of 380EUR. After that, it will be closed permanently.
Now, you can log in and withdraw remained funds.
