On 24th August I've made a withdrawal of amount 500 euro, my profile was verified already. At the same day my withdrawal was rejected and I've received an email with this message:
"Hello dear Player,
We are contacting you to inform you that your account is under investigation and it will be unavailable to use for the time of this procedure. The maximum timeframe of this investigation is six months. Once the investigation is completed, we will contact you with an update and inform you of the details then.
Best regards,
Luke / Support agent"
I don't know what is going on because they don't answer my emails. My founds are frozen since one month.
