On 24th August I've made a withdrawal of amount 500 euro, my profile was verified already. At the same day my withdrawal was rejected and I've received an email with this message:
"Hello dear Player,
We are contacting you to inform you that your account is under investigation and it will be unavailable to use for the time of this procedure. The maximum timeframe of this investigation is six months. Once the investigation is completed, we will contact you with an update and inform you of the details then.
Best regards,
Luke / Support agent"
I don't know what is going on because they don't answer my emails. My founds are frozen since one month.

Suspicious bets? Please write specifically about which ones. The investigation is taking a one month already, for me this is an exaggeration. Please expedite the matter because I need these funds.

Investigation takes time. Sometimes it can be extended up to 6 months. However, your case is in the list of priority, so it will take the less time. You will get the answer within 2 months or earlier.
According to our T&C, ''The Company reserves the right to hold the withdrawals for the time needed to investigate violations of the Terms and Conditions and/or applicable laws on part of the Player.''

I can confirm I receive my money. But I don't recommend mystake because they block funds for a long period of time for no reason.
