I have seen that you closed my last complaint and I'm sorry I haven't replied to your emails I had some work to do. So from the description in the last email, I have seen that my complaint has been closed because of a lack of evidence. I see that MyStake has problems with other players and they are putting the account on 6 months investigation period which is incredibly long. So I have the same problem with this sportsbook as others that have opened complaints with them. I received this email from MyStake more than 1 week ago saying:
We are contacting you to inform you that your account is under investigation and it will be unavailable to use for the time of this procedure. The maximum timeframe of this investigation is six months. Once the investigation is completed, we will contact you with an update and inform you of the details then.
I received this email when I tried to withdraw 1700 euros after I won a few bets in a row. I contacted them through live chat but they don't have any clue why my account has been frozen and they also refuse to tell or pay me my money. The period of 6 months is incredibly long and shouldn't be that long I think so I'm here for your help in the term we can solve this faster and I can finally get my money back. I have around 2770 euros in winnings as my last bet won. Hopefully, we can fix this and I can get my money back as I should.
