I am missing a 100 EUR (83.4 GBP) deposit on my account for almost 3 days. After reaching out to live chat several times they have been no use, they keep telling me that my funds should come 'up to three hours from my deposit' however now it is nearing the third day.
I have provided screenshots as well as the date and time of the transaction.
Please help resolve this issue as it seems quite unprofessional for my money to just be lost at a major site like this.

We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience you faced at Mystake. However, as we checked there are just 2 deposits of 100 EUR in our system in 21.01.2022
If you meant that you made a third deposit of the same amount and it didn't appear, please provide proof of it. We require a bank statement for this month in PDF format.
