I am missing a 100 EUR (83.4 GBP) deposit on my account for almost 3 days. After reaching out to live chat several times they have been no use, they keep telling me that my funds should come 'up to three hours from my deposit' however now it is nearing the third day.
I have provided screenshots as well as the date and time of the transaction.
Please help resolve this issue as it seems quite unprofessional for my money to just be lost at a major site like this.
