Withdrawal pending for 3 weeks

I won 15620 dollars and can only withdraw 750 dollars at a time, but my withdrawal has been pending since September 2nd.

It says on my account that it doesn't require verification at the moment.

I don't know what's taking so long.

I've emailed them about it, and they just replied to me with a generic response and provided no help.

I would like to know what's taking so long and what can be done to expedite the process.
