MyEmpire Casino -Three unpaid bank withdrawals
Hello AskGamblers team,
I am submitting this complaint against MyEmpire2 Casino, operated by Rabidi N.V., licensed in Curaçao.
I currently have three pending bank withdrawals, totaling 1426 CHF, which have not been paid despite multiple follow-ups with the casino’s support team.

1. 500 CHF – requested on 30/05/2025
2. 500 CHF – requested on 02/06/2025
3. 426 CHF – requested on 05/06/2025
Payment method: Bank transfer
Total pending amount: 1426 CHF

As of today, more than 9 business days have passed since the first withdrawal, and I have not received any payment. I have contacted customer support several times and only received vague replies such as:
• “Please be patient”
• “The financial department is delayed”
• “We cannot do anything from our side”
My account is fully verified, all required documents have been submitted, and I am in full compliance with the casino’s terms and conditions.
